Legal project management is part of most in-house lawyers' lives.
I have been working on a deal recently where there are lots of moving parts - there's a Framework Agreement, multiple schedules to the Framework Agreement, Framework Agreement clauses being negotiated individually in their own documents - etc.
There is #legaltech out there to help you manage these things, if you have the budget.
I often don't have the budget and like to leverage Office365, which can do an awful lot of things (I'm plotting a eulogy to macros at some point) but there can be a learning curve.
I recently created a table to help me track:
if the document is sitting with us or the counterparty
how long the document has been sitting there
Colour-coded for easy reporting to management.
I thought I would share it here. Enjoy and I hope it's helpful.
